This notice explains how Giardini Del Sole Manufacturing and Trading Corporation ("Giardini Del Sole", "we") handles personal information collected through this website. We are a manufacturer based in Mandaue City, Cebu, Philippines, and we handle personal data in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and, where it applies to you, other data protection laws such as the GDPR.

What we collect

Only what you type into our forms: your name, company or property name, country, email address, your role (for example distributor or importer), the product category or room count you are interested in, and any message you choose to write.

Our servers also handle technical data needed to deliver the site and keep it secure, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested.

Why we use it

To answer your inquiry, send you the catalogue or a quotation, and discuss a possible business relationship. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and protecting the site from abuse.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising profiling. We will only send you marketing messages if you ask for them.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses only the cookies it needs to work, such as a session cookie that protects forms against cross-site request forgery. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

To keep out automated spam, forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile, which receives your IP address and basic browser signals when a form is submitted. Its handling of that data is described in Cloudflare's own privacy policy.

Who sees your data

Form submissions are sent by email to our export team. Our website hosting, email and anti-spam providers process data on our behalf and only under our instructions. We may disclose information if the law requires it. Because we are based in the Philippines and our providers may be located elsewhere, your data may be processed outside your own country.

How long we keep it

Website forms are not stored in a database on the site; they exist as emails in our export mailbox. We keep inquiries for as long as they are needed to deal with your request and for any resulting business relationship, then delete them. Technical server logs are kept for a short period for security.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict how we use it, withdraw consent where we rely on it, and ask for a copy of your data. Email export@giardinifurniture.com and we will reply promptly. You may also complain to your local data protection authority, or in the Philippines to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
